Extraction protocol |
We extracted total RNA from PBMCs using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen) and purified it with a mirVana miRNA Isolation Kit (Ambion, Thermo Fisher Scientific) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The sequencing libraries were constructed using the NEBNext® Multiplex Small RNA Library Prep Set for Illumina.
