|
Source name |
Owen O’Connor (Columbia University, NY)
|
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: CUTTL1 cell type: human T-ALL line treatment: control
|
Treatment protocol |
cells were treated with β-Catenin/Tcf Inhibitor II, PKF118-310 at the indicated time/concentrations in the manuscript
|
Growth protocol |
CUTTL1 and TIB153 cells were maintained in RPMI with 10% FBS
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was extract with Trizol, and purified via Qiagen RNeasy column Illumina stranded mRNA library prep kit was used mRNA was enriched by using polyT beads, heat fragmentated, then reverse transcribled to cDNA. Illumina adapters were ligated to the cDNA and PCR was performed to get the final library.
