Treatment protocol |
On the day of arginine deprivation experiments, culture medium was aspirated, and cells were rinsed with PBS once. Cells were culture in arginine-free RPMI supplied with 10% dialyzed FBS, 100 U/ml penicillin/streptomycin and 10 mM HEPES for indicated durations. For the control group, 200 mg/L L-arginine was added.

Growth protocol |
All cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 supplemented with 100 U/ml penicillin/streptomycin and 10% FBS before experiments.
