Source name |
CWR22Rv1
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: CWR22Rv1 chip antibody: none
Treatment protocol |
For the control (+R) group, cells were maintained in the same culture medium for 48 h. For the arginine-deprived (-R) group, ADI-PEG20 (0.2 mg/ml) was added to deplete the arginine in the medium.
Growth protocol |
All cells were maintained in RPMI 1640 supplemented with 100 U/ml penicillin/streptomycin and 10% FBS before experiments.
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
Cells were fixed with formaldehye, and chromatin was extracted with Magna ChIP™ A/G (Millipore). Chromatin was sheared with a Bioruptor Plus sonicator and isolated with antibodies. Libraries were prepared using a KAPA Hyper Prep Kit according to the instructions.
