Description |
Total RNA was extracted using Qiagen RNeasy midi-kit from bone marrow macrophages in-vitro differentiated using human colony stimulator factor-1 (CSF-1) or from C57BL6/J 17.5 whole embryo. The cDNA derived from the total RNA was labeled using the amino-alyll indirect labeling with Cy3 mono-reactive dye.
