Reads were trimmed using TrimGalore (v0.4.5) with –rrbs and –non-directional and aligned with Bismark (v0.20.0) on GRCm38. RRBS data was analyzed using RnBeads.mm10 in R (versions >3.4). β values were obtained after filtering and normalization using the default preprocessing pipeline. Genome_build: GRCm38
