Sample GSM4711538 Query DataSets for GSM4711538
Status Public on Nov 02, 2020
Title CD3 enriched T cells DONOR2_(miRNA-3_0)
Sample type RNA

Source name CD3 positive T cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics gender: unknown
Treatment protocol CD 3positive T-cells from five healthy donors were immunomagnetically purified from peripheral blood. T-PLL cells were FACS sorted from ten patients with T-PLL.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted with the miRNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol One μg of total RNA including miRNA from each sample was labeled with biotin using the FlashTag Biotin HSR Kit (Genisphere, Hatfield, PA).

Hybridization protocol Hybridization was performed according to the manufactorers' recommendations (GeneChip miRNA 3.0 arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA).
Scan protocol Scanning was performed according to the manufactorers' recommendations (GeneChip miRNA 3.0 arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA).
Description CD3 enriched T cells
miRNA expression profiling
Data processing The data were extracted from the images, background corrected (RMA), quantile-normalized, summarized (median polish), and log2-transformed with Partek Genomic Suite (Partek Incorporated, St. Louis, MO, USA). Differentially expressed miRNAs were determined by Student´s t-test and p-values were corrected for multiple testing.
