Title |
CD3 enriched T cells DONOR2_(miRNA-3_0) |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
CD3 positive T cells
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
gender: unknown
Treatment protocol |
CD 3positive T-cells from five healthy donors were immunomagnetically purified from peripheral blood. T-PLL cells were FACS sorted from ten patients with T-PLL.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted with the miRNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
One μg of total RNA including miRNA from each sample was labeled with biotin using the FlashTag Biotin HSR Kit (Genisphere, Hatfield, PA).
Hybridization protocol |
Hybridization was performed according to the manufactorers' recommendations (GeneChip miRNA 3.0 arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA).
Scan protocol |
Scanning was performed according to the manufactorers' recommendations (GeneChip miRNA 3.0 arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA).
Description |
CD3 enriched T cells miRNA expression profiling
Data processing |
The data were extracted from the images, background corrected (RMA), quantile-normalized, summarized (median polish), and log2-transformed with Partek Genomic Suite (Partek Incorporated, St. Louis, MO, USA). Differentially expressed miRNAs were determined by Student´s t-test and p-values were corrected for multiple testing.
