|
|
Source name |
Silique tissue-normal
|
Organism |
Moricandia suffruticosa |
Characteristics |
tissue: silique treatment: non-treated
|
Treatment protocol |
Drought treatment: One replicate was drought (withdrawing water) treated for 3 days. Heat treatment: Treated at the temperature of 40 °C for 3 hours.
|
Growth protocol |
Grown for 35 days in soil in a chamber set with temperature of 25 °C and humidity of 60% in 16 h light
|
Extracted molecule |
polyA RNA |
Extraction protocol |
The tissues were homogenized in liquid nitrogen. Then RNA was isolated using an RNA extraction kit (Takara, Dalian), according to the manufacturer’s instructions. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Data processing |
sequencing was conducted on Hiseq 2500 platform Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to Darmor-bzh whole genome using hisat2 Clean reads of MS samples were de novo togeter by Trinity software with K-mer value of 31. And the unigenes were generated by the TGICL package to exclude redundant data. FPKM (fragments per kilobase of exon per million) and TPM (transcripts per million) are used to measure gene or transcript expression levels Genome_build: Darmor-bzh Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include FPKM/TPM values for each Sample
