Whole brain was obtained from five 10 week old naive C57BL/2 male mice and four 10 week old naive DBA/2J mice. Total RNA was extracted using a Quiagen RNeasy kit midi kits for lipid rich tissues. Target cRNA were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from 5 ug of total RNA. This sample is also known as C57 1.
