Description Granulosa cells harvested from dominant follicles belonging to the first follicle wave of the estrous cycle. Follicles were dissected from ovaries following slaughter of 4 Holstein cows at 2.6 days after wave emergence. Total RNA from granulosa cells of the 4 follicles was pooled for generation of the SAGE library.
