Growth protocol |
Cell lines were grown until 80% confluency and dettached using cell stripper non-enzimatic solution. Cells were washed with PBS and pelleted. Protein extraction were as described in extract protocol.

RPPA slides were assayed with 306 antibodies, analyzed by Array-Pro Analyzer 6.3 then by SuperCurve_1.5.0 via SuperCurveGUI_2.1.1 RPPA Core Facility at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Ratio was calculated as follow: (expression of gene X in OV- expression of gene X in contorl EV)/expression of gene X in control EV Fold Change worksheet reports test/control (i.e., EV/OV) ratios.
