RNA was isolated from fresh frozen with TRIzol (Invitrogen) and Rneasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) and from deparaffinized 10 μm sections of FFPE tissues with the Tissue Preparation System (TPS) robot (Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics). RNA was quantifies with the Qubit RNA BR Assay kit with the Qubit Fluorometer (Invitrogen).
