Data processing |
TLDA were run in the 7900 HT Sequence Detection system. The ABI TaqMan SDS v2.3 software was utilized to obtain raw CT values. Automatic baseline and manual CT were set to 0.2 for all samples. Input data for class comparison, permutations and prediction analysis consisted of the raw miR expression CT values normalized to the endogenous housekeeping snoRNA202. [delta] CT = CT_sample - CT_reference.
