Title With polyIC WT_1__Bulge
Sample type SRA

Source name Hair follicles
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
tissue: skin
experimental group: poly(I:C)
genotyping: wild type
Treatment protocol Epidermis from C57BL/6 mice were harvested one day after saline or poly(I:C) i.p. injection and interfollicular epidermis (IFE) and bulge cells were sorted into Trizol.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using Direct-zol RNA MicroPrep (Zymo Research).
RNA libraries were prepared using a NEBNext Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (New England BioLabs), NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England BioLabs) and NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina (Index Primers Set) (New England BioLabs) according to manufacturer protocol.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000

Data processing The FASTQ files were aligned to the reference mouse genome (mm10) using STAR software in Partek Flow and gene-level count matrix was generated.
Genome_build: mm10
