Mb1cre/wt Tbk1f/f mice and Mb1wt/wt Tbk1f/f mice on a C57BL/6 background were infected with Plasmodium yoelii Non-Lethal parasites at 1x10 infected erythrocytes. On day 9, splenic Pre-GC B cells (B220+ IgD- CD38+ GL7+) were enriched by MACS separation and sorted by FACS for RNA preparation. Total RNA was purified from 1 x 10^5 sorted cells.
