Sample GSM5691510 Query DataSets for GSM5691510
Status Public on Mar 31, 2022
Title D1
Sample type SRA

Source name Candida albicans
Organism Candida albicans
Characteristics genotype: WT
treatment: DMSO
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Cells were lysed by Mini-beadbeater and total RNA was harvested using GeneJET RNA Purification Kit (Thermo Scientific #K0731, #K0732)
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing The library products were sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq platform.
The clean reads were aligned to the genome of C. albicans SC5314 using HiSat v2.0.5 with default parameters.
Relative gene expression levels were calculated using the FPKM (Fragments Per kb per Million reads) method. Differentially expressed genes were analyzed with the DESeq2 R package.
Genome_build: Candida albicans SC5314 genome (ASM18296v1)
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: text files containing FPKM values for each Sample
