| Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen) as per the instruction from the manufacture and then purified using RNAeasy mini columns (Qiagen) as per the manufactures instructions.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
