Treatment protocol A375MA2 cells and SK-MEL-147 Cells used for preparing the total RNA and to perfrom gene expression array.
Growth protocol A375MA2 Cells were grown in DMEM medium with 10% Fetal bovine serum and Penicilline and Streptomycin and SK-MEL-147 Cells were grown in RPMI-1640 medium with 10% Fetal bovine serum and Penicillin at 37 C under 5% CO2 condition.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen) as per the instruction from the manufacture and then purified using RNAeasy mini columns (Qiagen) as per the manufactures instructions.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
