cDNA were prepared according to the Nugen Ovation PicoSL WTA system V2 kit prococol from 10ng toal RNA. Biotinylated cDNA were prepared according to the Nugen Encore Biotin Module from 3.75µg of cDNA.

Following labeling procedure, 3.75µg of biotinylated cDNA were hybridized on Mouse Gene ST 2.1 Strip (4 arrays), and were washed and stained using the Affymetrix Gene Atlas system.
