Extraction protocol |
Protocol used for ATAC-seq is described in Corces et al., 2017. Briefly frozen cell pellets were thawed and permeabilized on ice. Tagmentation occurred in the same tube followed by quenching and phenol:chloroform:isoamyl alcohol DNA purification and PCR. Exact temperatures, times, buffer composition were identical to Corces et al., 2017. PMID: 28846090
