Genomic DNA was extracted from mononuclear cell preparations of leukemic blasts obtained from bone marrow at diagnosis using the Qiagen DNA Blood Mini Kit. DNA quality and quantity was assessed using a Nanodrop Spectrophotometer, Qubit and agarose gel electrophoresis.
