Marmosets were anesthesized with ketamine followed by pentobarbital. Diethylpyrocarbonate-treated phosphate-buffered saline was transcardially perfused. Cortical tissues were isolated and immersed in RNAlater (Thermo Fisher).

For production of VPA marmoset, pregnant marmoset was administered with VPA at post-conception days 60-66, and the offspring were used.
