RNA samples were labeled using the miRCURYTM Hy3TM/Hy5TM Power labeling kit (Exiqon, Denmark), according to the manufacturer’s instruction.

Hybridization protocol |
The Hy3TM-labeled samples were hybridized to the miRCURY LNATM miRNA Array (7th gen) (Exiqon, Denmark) using a 12-Bay Hybridization Systems (Nimblegen Systems Inc., USA).

Scan protocol |
The microarray slides were scanned using a GenePix 4000B microarray scanner (Axon Instruments, USA).
|
Data processing |
The scanned images were then imported into GenePix Pro 6.0 software (Axon Instruments, USA) for grid alignment and data extraction. MiRNA expression data were normalized using the Median normalization method. The processed_data.txt contains normalized signal intensity.
