Characteristics |
tissue: SB hiPSC cell line: F1 cell type: Pancreatic beta-like cells treatment: CRISPR-introduced p.His192His genotype: p.His192His time: D35
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was harvested using MN NucleoSpin RNA Kit. Library construction, QC and sequencing was performed by Novogene Co., Ltd. RNA was purified from total RNA using poly-T oligo-attached magnetic beads. After fragmentation, the first strand cDNA was synthesized using random hexamer primers. Then the second strand cDNA was synthesized using dUTP, instead of dTTP. The directional library was ready after end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation, size selection, USER enzyme digestion, amplification, and purification.
