RNA was harvested using MN NucleoSpin RNA Kit. Libraries were prepared using the TruSEQ Stranded Total RNA Prep with Ribo-Zero Human Cat. No. RS-122-2201 as per manufacturer's protocol. Libraries sequenced using 150bp paired-end on HiSeq 4000 Platform.
