Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol For total RNA extraction, approximately 100 mg of frozen tissue was homogenized using a bench-top homogenizer (MM200, Retsch, Germany) in 1 mL of TRIzol Reagent (Invitrogen). Subsequent miRNA extraction was performed using the miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cDNA were prepared from 750 ng total RNA using the high-throughput Gene expression profiling, the DASL Assay (cDNA-mediated annealing, selection, extension and ligation)

Hybridization protocol Fluorescently labelled cDNA PCR products were hybridized to the Illumina Sentrix BeadChip according to the protocols provided by the manufacturer.
Scan protocol Standard Illumina scanning protocol
Description Progression during treatment.
Data processing Array data export processing and analysis was performed using Illumina BeadStudio v3.1.3 (Gene Expression Module v3.3.8). The data were normalised using quantile normalisation.
