Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling Reads were aligned to macaca mulatta (release 95) pre-mRNA genome and GRCh38 pre-mRNA genome by Cell Ranger count(v3.0.2) Alignment results of macaque data and human data were separately aggragated by Cell Ranger aggr(v3.0.2). Aggragated data of macaque and human were separately read into scanpy. Assembly: macaca mulatta release 95 Assembly: GRCh38 Supplementary files format and content: The file MHP_year4_11_23_raw.h5ad is formatted by h5ad (created by scanpy) and contains 3 macaque samples; the file HHP_gene_expression _matrix.txt is a tab-separated contains 4 human samples.
