Hybridization protocol Labelled cDNA was hybridized to a 70-mer OHU28K Human oligo array, after addition of 1ug of Human Cot-1 DNA to the hybridization mixture in a 22x71 mm AdvaCard. Hybridization was done overnight at 55ÂșC, followed by washings with 2XSSC/0.2%SDS.
Scan protocol Arrays were scanned with Axon GenePix 4000A laser confocal scanner at 532 and 635 nm.

Data processing Image files were analyzed with GenePix Pro Software and GeneSpring GX 7.2 software was used for gene expression data analysis. Lowess normalization was performed to eliminate dye-related artifacts.
