RNA was harvested using Rneasy Micro Kit (Qiagen). 0.2 ng of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using Nextera XT DNA Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocols.

Data processing |
Quality Control of the sequences was performed by fastp (version 0.23.2). Read counts were calculated by salmon (version 1.7.0), and the read count data outputs by salmon were processed by tximport (version 1.22.0). The processed data were subjected to Transcripts Per Million (TPM) normalization among groups.
