Title 17KALS, iPSC-derived motor neurons from patient with ALS, non, 72h
Sample type SRA

Source name ALS06
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics genotype: WT
treatment: non
time: 72h
cell line: 17KALS
cell type: iPSC-derived motor neurons from patient with ALS
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using Rneasy Micro Kit (Qiagen). 0.2 ng of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using Nextera XT DNA Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Description SMART-seq
Data processing Quality Control of the sequences was performed by fastp (version 0.23.2).
Read counts were calculated by salmon (version 1.7.0), and the read count data outputs by salmon were processed by tximport (version 1.22.0).
The processed data were subjected to Transcripts Per Million (TPM) normalization among groups.
