Reads from each species exported by Illumina's pipeline software were trimmed and assembled using CLCBio Genome Workbench version 4 (http://www.clcbio.com). contig_read_counts.csv file: RNAseq data formatted as number of reads that map to a particular transcriptome assembly contig #. contigs.fa file: The transcriptome assembly contigs.
