Treatment protocol HFF cells were transfected either with miR-CTRL or miR-4734.
Growth protocol Cells were grown in Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium with Earle's salts and non-essential amino acids (01-040-1A, Biological Industries, Israel) supplemented with 2.6 mM L-Glutamine, Ampicillin and Streptomycin and 15% FBS. For routine culturing, cell were split 1:3 or 1:4 every 3-4 days.

Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with Qiazol (Qiagen, Germany)
Label biotin
Label protocol 100 ng total RNA was taken for microarray analysis. Arrays were processed with Gene Chip WT PLUS reagent kit (REF 902281), according to Affymetrix standard protocols
 
Hybridization protocol According to Affymetrix standard protocols
Scan protocol According to Affymetrix standard protocols, using Affymetrix GeneChip 3000 7G plus scanner
