Wild-type naïve (CD44-CD62L+) CD8+ T cells, effector (CD44+CD62L-) CD8+ T cells and memory (CD44+CD62L+) CD8+ T cells were sorted. Total RNAs were extracted from indicated cells and then submitted to SLIM-Seq protocol. SLIM-Seq data were analyzed as previously described (Rong Yin et al., 2022)
