Treatment protocol |
KPC-AID-Ruvbl1 cells were treated with 1 µM 5-Ph-IAA for 3 or 15 h respectively followed by 2 h of labelling with 800 µM 4sU. KPC-MYC-ER cells were treated with 1 µM CB-6644 for 20 h followed by 4 h treatment with 4-OHT and 2 h of labelling with 400 µM 4sU.

Growth protocol |
KPC-AID-Ruvbl1 and KPC-MYC-ER cells were grown in DMEM suplemented with 10 % FCS and 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
