library strategy: 16S rDNA seq Sequencing libraries were prepared and the library quality was evaluated the library was sequenced and the paired-end reads were generated The gene sequence data were processed with default parameters Sequences with ≥97% similarity were assigned to the same operational taxonomic units The representative sequence for each OTU was screened for further annotation.
