Sample GSM6690558 Query DataSets for GSM6690558
Status Public on Mar 10, 2023
Title E185_WT_1204_mb
Sample type SRA

Source name skeletal and muscle tissue
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: E18.5 mouse embryonic mandibular tissue
tissue: skeletal and muscle tissue
genotype: WT
treatment: Surgical separation
Growth protocol C3H10T1/2 mesenchymal cells were maintained in cultured in at 37◦C with 5% CO2, and were cultured in MEN-a containing 10% FBS (10099141C, Gibco™), 1% penicillin/streptomycin, 1% Non-Essential Amino Acids, and 1% GlutaMAX™ Supplement. E18.5 mouse embryonic mandibular tissue
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using a total RNA extraction kit (LS1040, Promega). 2 ug of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
The RNA sequencing library was prepared with NEBNext UltraTM RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina and was sequenced on an Illumina novaseq6000.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing The PE150 raw reads of RNA-Seq libraries were filtered by removing adaptor sequences, contamination and low-quality (phred quality < 20) reads. Reads quality was assessed using FastQC.
Sequenced reads were then mapped to the mm10 genome using STAR aligner version 2.7.3a. Reads were counted using htseq-count version 0.12.4 at the union mode.
Assembly: mm10
Supplementary files format and content: counts
