equal amounts of Cy3 and Cy5 labeled probe were hybridized in Ambion hyb solution #1, at 65 degrees for 20 hrs. Slides were prewashed with 0.2% SDS for 10 minutes and blocked with 5% BSA for 15min at 42 degrees before hybridization,and washed with sequentially in 1XSSC, 0.03% SDS; 42 degrees; .2XSSC RT; 0.05XSSC RT
