TIME cells were HHV-8 or mock infected in the presence of polybrene for 3 hours and then the innoculum was washed off and the cells were overlayed with complete endothelial cell media. After 48 hours cells were harvested.

Data processing |
Data were analyzed using aroma.affymetrix. Signal intensity was background corrected using the RMA algorithm and quantile normalized. Gene-level summaries were computed by fitting the data using the RMA probe-level model (RmaPlm).
