Description ic90r_p300i_3
Data processing Chip Seq pipeline: Adapter sequences were trimmed for all reads and mapped against hg19 reference genome using Bowtie2. Uniquely mapped, deduplicated reads were retained and peaks were called using MACS2.
RNA Seq pipeline: Rads were trimmed for adaptor sequence. Paired end reads were aligned to hg19 genome using STAR. Count files were generated count files HTSeq.
Assembly: hg19
Supplementary files format and content: Txt files with HTSeq count columns for RNA Seq, bedGraph files for ChIPSeq
