Extraction protocol |
Total RNA, including miRNA from plasma, was isolated using the miRNeasy kit (Qiagen) with minor modifications. The quality and quantity of the RNA was evaluated by 260/280 ratio using NanoDrop spectrophotometry (NanoDrop ND-1000 Technologies Inc.) and the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies).
