Sample GSM6909032 Query DataSets for GSM6909032
Status Public on Jan 03, 2023
Title Ctrl rep2
Sample type SRA

Source name Raw264.7
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics cell line: Raw264.7
cell type: macrophage cell line
treatment: none
Treatment protocol AG group was induced by treatment of 1,5-Anhydroglucitol (0.5mM,J&K Scientific,China) for 24h.
Growth protocol Raw264.7 cells were maintained in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and antibiotics.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using using Trizol reagent following the manufacturer's protocol.
The libraries were constructed using TruSeq Stranded mRNA LTSample Prep Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing Raw reads were processed using Trimmomatic. The reads containing ploy-N and the low quality reads were removed to obtain the clean reads.
The clean reads were mapped to reference genome using hisat 2.
FPKM value of each gene was calculated using cufflinks, and the read counts of each gene were obtained by htseq-count.
Assembly: mm10
Supplementary files format and content: fpkm.csv
