Data were processed according to the Lexogen Services pipeline for QuantSeq 3' mRNA Seq from Lexogen (https://www.lexogen.com/quantseq-3mrna-sequencing/), https://www.lexogen.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/015UG110V0111_QuantSeq-FWD-HT.pdf).
The alignment was performed with the Spliced Transcripts Alignment to a Reference (STAR) tool.
The RNA-Seq Quality Control package (RSeQC) was run to comprehensively evaluate the RNA-Seq data.
