Total RNA was prepared from three biological replicates for both wildtype and PofD119. For each replicate, RNA was isolated from 20 adult female flies using TRI-reagent (Ambion) followed by a purification using RNeasy kit (Qiagen) according to the instruction by the suppliers. The six labeled cDNA probes were hybridized to Affymetrix Drosophila Genome 2.0 tiling array.
