Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted by Trizol. At the final step of purification, RNA was loaded onto an RNeasy column (Qiagen) and treated with RNAse-free DNAse I.

Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared using the Affymetrix One Cycle kit according to the standard Affymetrix protocol at Expression Analysis, Inc. (http://www.expressionanalysis.com)

Data processing The data were analyzed with the MATLAB (R2009b) Bioinformatics toolbox affygcrma function with default analysis settings.
