RNA was harvested using Rneasy mini or micro plus kit (Qiagen). 100ng of mRNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries for 3'RNA-seq were prepared using Qunatseq mRNA Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocols.

Torrent_Suite 5,6,0 FASTQ file were generated with FastqCreator_jb v3.6.0-r57238 (799) on Torrent Suite Fastq were import on Partek Flow software (v6 Partek Inc) and analyse using Partek Flow Pipeline for Ion Whole Transcriptome Analysis differentially expressed genes between groups were quantified using Partek E/M algorithm normalised by the Total count/sample Assembly: hg19 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include RPM values for each Sample
