Sample GSM7120274 Query DataSets for GSM7120274
Status Public on Sep 17, 2023
Title D988F03_D1355F01_Hi-C p50_Adult-Heads
Sample type SRA

Source name head and thorax
Organism Bombyx mori
Characteristics tissue: head and thorax
strain: p50
Growth protocol Bombyx mori moths were grown to adult stage at 25°C fed with Morus alba leaves and heads and thorax were cut using a scalpel
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol The head of one moth was dipped and ground with a piston pellet in 3% formaldehyde and incubated for 30 min. After quenching, the head was frozen at -80°C and processed with Arima-HiC+ kit from Arima genomics.
Sequencing libraries were prepared using the KAPA HyperPrep Library Preparation Kit complemented with Illumina TruSeq DNA UD Indexes. Libraries were amplified using 8-14 cycles on the thermocycler. Post amplification libraries were size selected at 250-600bp in length using SPRIselect beads from Beckman Coulter. Libraries were validated using the Agilent High Sensitivity screenTapes.
