Hybridization protocol |
Centrifuge the Cy3-streptavidin tubule, then add 1.4 ml of sample diluent, mix well, and then quickly centrifuge again. Add 80 ยต l of Cy3-streptavidin to each well, wrap the slide in aluminum foil and incubate it in a dark place. Incubate it on a shaking table at room temperature for 1 hour.
