Total RNA, including miRNA from FFPE lung cancer tissue, RNA was extracted with the Ambion RecoverAll kit (Applied Biosystems, Austin, TX). The recovered RNA was DNAse treated and the quantity and quality were evaluated using a Nanodrop ND-1000 (Thermo Scientific) with an inclusion criterion of A260/A280 ≥1.8.
