Description |
Following hybridization, the chips were scanned using Agilent Microarray scanner (model G2565BA (Agilent, Palo Alto, CA), and the data were analyzed using Agilent Feature Extraction, followed by importing the information into MySQL databases. Normalization was performed by the LOWESS method in the Feature Extraction Software. Dye-Swap performed on each array.
