Label protocol MRNAs were labeled with the Quick Amp Labeling Kit, One-Color (Agilent p/n 5190-0442), according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
 
Hybridization protocol After stopping the labeling procedure, Agilent Gene Expression Hybridization Kit (Agilent p/n 5188-5242) was used for mRNAs hybridization according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Hybridize at 65°C for 17 hours.
Scan protocol The hybridized chips were scanned with an Agilent Microarray Scanner (Agilent p/n G2565BA).
Description Agilent Whole Genome Oligo Microarrays (one-color): Prepare the RNA Sample; Total RNA Clean-up and RNA QC; Prepare labeling reaction; Purify the labeled/amplified RNA and labeled cRNA QC; Hybridization; Microarray Wash; Scanning; Extract data using Agilent Feature Extraction Software;
Data processing Agilent Feature Extraction Software is used to read the raw intensity of the image. Add the images (.tif) to be extracted to the FE Project; Set FE Project Properties; Check the Extraction Set Configuration; Save the FE Project (.fep) by selecting File > Save As and browse for desired location; Select Project > Start Extracting and export data to txt.
