Hybridization protocol |
After stopping the labeling procedure, Agilent Gene Expression Hybridization Kit (Agilent p/n 5188-5242) was used for mRNAs hybridization according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Hybridize at 65°C for 17 hours.

The hybridized chips were scanned with an Agilent Microarray Scanner (Agilent p/n G2565BA).

Data processing |
Agilent Feature Extraction Software is used to read the raw intensity of the image. Add the images (.tif) to be extracted to the FE Project; Set FE Project Properties; Check the Extraction Set Configuration; Save the FE Project (.fep) by selecting File > Save As and browse for desired location; Select Project > Start Extracting and export data to txt.
