Growth protocol Animals were maintained in facilities with a 12-h light/dark cycle, an average ambient temperature of 21°C, an average humidity of 48%, and had free access to food and water.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Hippocampous were removed, flash frozen on dry ice, and total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent (Cat#15596018, ThermoFisher Scientific) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Total RNA was used as input material for the RNA sample preparations. Sequencing libraries were generated using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, USA, Catalog #: E7530L) following manufacturer’s recommendations and index codes were added to attribute sequences to each sample.
